Do you speak Tamil?
Yes. Calls, WhatsApp messages and support can be in Tamil or English, whichever you prefer. Written scopes and invoices are in English.
Can you build a website in Tamil?
Yes. A site can be in Tamil, English, or both with a language switch. The Tamil overview of UgeWorks at ugeworks.in/ta/ is an example of a Tamil page built the same way.
Will you come to Coimbatore or Madurai to meet us?
For most projects a call does the job and a visit would only add cost. For a large build where a day with your team on site clearly helps, a kickoff visit can be arranged and is included in the written quote so there are no surprises.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes. Invoices are issued for every payment. Since we are both in Tamil Nadu, the invoice carries CGST and SGST rather than IGST, which your accountant will recognise.
How do I send you photos, price lists and text?
However you already keep them: WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, an Excel sheet. They are organised into pages for your approval. If content needs writing, that is quoted as a line item rather than assumed.
What if I need a change six months after launch?
Message on WhatsApp. Small changes are done quickly and billed as work; larger ones get a scope and a price the same way the original project did. Because the site is custom code with no plugins, there is nothing that silently breaks in between.
